Professor of the State University of Campinas (Unicamp), Anderson Rocha de Rezende will present during his lecture at 2012 ICMedia, the results obtained in his research in the area of forensic analysis of images and videos authenticity and integrity. Rocha will address the theme in the lecture "Collecting, organizing, sorting, and analyzing digital evidence today", on September 20 at 9 am.
"I will show the processes of camera identification that produced a particular image or video, the distinction between natural images and computer-generated ones; identification of tampering in digital documents and determination of the historical operations suffered by a digital object and its relationship to other objects (digital phylogeny)" explains Anderson de Rezende, who is a specialist in issues related to Forensic Document Analysis Techniques, Human Identification, Categorization and Retrieval of Images Based on Content, Pattern Analysis and Machine Learning for Complex Data.
